We run a tiny family business and employed someone about 4 months ago. Numerous complaints were received, implicating a new staff member. The complaint received was that a staff member would compliment female staff on their physical appearance at work. According to the staff this made them feel "uneasy". When the specific staff member was approached by management the allegation would always be denied. Although it wasn't sexual harassment per se, it was viewed by other staff to be unsettling and inappropriate. The staff member agreed to undergo a Lie Detector test in Doncaster and Wakefield. Significant reactions were obtained during the test. As a result of the failed test the employee resigned from the workplace. The Lie Detector was accurate relating in the "trouble maker" resigning.
